Lorde Profile page poster Summer learning journey

Hello today I was doing the summer learning journey tasks and this is one of them :
Task: For this activity, we would like you to do some research and find out all that you can about Lorde. Once you have finished your research, please create a Profile Page for her. A profile page is a digital infographic or poster that shares information about someone.

  1. Mōrena Lillian, I hope you are having a good day!

My name is Eliza and I’m working as a blog commenter on the Summer Learning Journey this summer. Have you done the Summer Learning Journey before? I’m looking forward to reading your posts and the other bloggers' posts from the Ako Hiko cluster, over the next few weeks! If you want to know more about me, you can check out my blog.

I really like how clear your poster is and your use of photos as well as writing is eye-catching and effective! Your facts are interesting too - thanks for sharing those. Were there any other facts you learned about Lorde, that you didn’t use on your poster? Did you know any of the facts already, before researching them?

I actually went to the same school as Lorde and we lived on the same road for a little while, she is one year younger than me. She is a really nice person and I remember her being very talented when she performed at school! Do you have a favourite Lorde song?

Thank you so much for giving such an awesome post about Lorde, I really enjoyed looking at it. I hope that you will keep blogging with us over the summer. Keep working on the teaser week activities and on the 16th of December you can start the Week 1 activities.

Have a good rest of your day!
    Eliza :)

Actually my favorite song of hers is "Royal" because that's the first song that i heard from her and I started liking it. Thank you so much for commenting on my blog and have a great day.

      From Lillian :)

  3. Talofa Lillian,

It's great how this is your first time doing the SLJ - I hope you're enjoying it! Yes I know right, it's pretty cool! We used to walk home together sometimes and I would always say to her "don't forget me when you're famous" and then she got famous! I'm very proud of her. The song 'Royals' is super catchy isn't it!

    Have a great day,
    Eliza :)
